In addition to comments and photos, you can register trading card distributed at each match.
You can keep the wonderful performances of the clubs and players you support,
the best plays you have seen in the stadium or on TV, and the enthusiasm, emotion,
and excitement generated by the players as treasures in your possession.

*Distribution of digital trekkers will begin the week following the end of the match.　*The ability to register trading cards in the watching log will be added at a later date.

How old do you have to be to open an account?

You have to be at least 15 years old and if you are a minor, a permission from your parent / guardian is required.
What information do I need to provide when opening an account?

Your full name, nickname, email address, password and the name of your favorite team.
I completed my registration but haven't received the confirmation from you.

Please check the following before you contacting us.

1. Make sure the emailing function on your device is in a working order. Sometimes, due to your settings on your mobile devices and/or the security software some emails get filtered out. Deactivate these features temporarily and reload your inbox. To avoid this problem from happening again, we highly recommend you add our email address "support@play-the-play.com" to your safe list.

2. Check to see if your inbox is full. If so, delete some emails to create more space to receive incoming emails.

3. Check your junk mail folder. Sometimes some emails get filtered to a junk mail folder automatically.

Can I use my J. LEAGUE ID to sign up for a PLAY THE PLAY account?

No. You need to open a seperate account with PLAY THE PLAY.
Is PLAY THE PLAY free?

The WATCHING LOG function is available free of charge.
We have both free and paid services.
What is the WATCHING LOG function?

It is possible to record your own memories of watching the games with text and photos.
In the future, we plan to add a feature that allows users to link their trading cards in MY COLLECTION to their WATCHING LOGs and share them with other users.
What is the difference between the free and paid versions?

"Design of the cards are different. The paid versions can be turned into NFTs which allows you to trade them or even sell to other people. Free versions do not have these options.
Furthermore, even if you own free versions, you will not be able to view the videos until one month after the end of the sale.

Both free and purchased cards are stored in MY COLLECTION page. Each card will be numbered in order of acquisition and it will be shown on the top right corner.
Can I purchase multiple of the same pack?

Yes, you can. However, for the free versions, you may only receive 1 pack per game per account.
What is your return policy?

Once purchased, we are unable to accept any return and this rule applies to both free and paid services. If you noticed any unauthorized purchases, please contact your credit card company directly.
Which blockchain platforms can I use for my NFTs?

Ethereum (ETH), Polygon (Polygon) and Astar Network (ASTR), however, you may only choose one platform per card.
Can I sell my NFT cards?

NFT trading cards in Ethereum (ETH) and Polygon (Polygon) can be bought and sold through OpenSea.
